This is an incredible opportunity for an Implementation Support Consultant with WMS/supply chain software experience to join an international supply chain solutions company.

This is a Johannesburg-based (hybrid) opportunity.

The CTC for this Implementation Support Consultant is up to R600K per annum.

THE COMPANY
With global presence, this Supply Chain Solutions company implements complex & leading enterprise Warehouse Management Solutions and Omnichannel Commerce software systems into some of the largest supply chain environments across Southern Africa and the Middle East.

THE ROLE
As Implementation Support Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customers during WMS implementations. This will include working on & resolving support tickets, escalating where necessary, creating process improvements, and documenting resolutions/changes to implementations.

You will perform implementation testing, configuration, deployment, and support during client implementations of all scales.

SKILLS
5+ Years’ experience in an implementation or support consultant role
Supply chain industry experience
WMS software experience
