Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Implementation Consultant with extensive Warehouse Management Systems experience to take the lead on implementing enterprise-wide WMS deployments for the some of the largest organizations across the APAC, European, and African regions.

This is a Johannesburg-based role paying up to R1 million per annum.

Due to the seniority of the role & the scale of the implementations, international travel will be an important part of this role.

With global presence, this Supply Chain Solutions company implements complex & leading enterprise Warehouse Management Solutions and Omnichannel Commerce software systems into some of the largest supply chain environments across Southern Africa and the Middle East.

THE ROLE 

As Lead Implementation Consultant your role is centred around guiding customer implementations, ensuring ongoing support, and refining implementation processes. You will be the go-to consultant and subject matter expert for the product base, bringing your knowledge directly to end customers. 

From orchestrating design sessions to configuring and testing systems, you will play a key role in decision-making & strategic operations. As the Lead Implementation Consultant, you will coordinate the activities of Senior Consultants and craft timely reports & queries to deliver precise performance insights.

REQUIRED SKILLS 

5+ Years experience in a senior software implementation capacity
Extensive warehouse management systems experience
Expert-level supply chain industry experience & knowledge
Advanced SQL scripting expertise
