Lead Solutions Consultant based in the Dubai, this position is offering 60 000 AED

*This position will involve international travel as an integral component*

THE COMPANY

With global presence this Supply Chain Solutions company implements complex and leading enterprise Warehouse Management Solutions and Omnichannel Commerce software systems into some of the largest supply chain environments across Southern Africa and the Middle East.

HE ROLE

As the Lead Solutions Consultants, your role will centre on managing a team of industry experts while designing and guiding clients on the implementation of the world’s leading WMS systems, while ensuring ongoing support, and refining processes. You will be the go-to expert for the product base, bringing your knowledge directly to end customers.

From orchestrating design sessions to configuring and testing systems, you play a key role in decision-making. Additionally, you lead by example, coordinating activities of Senior Consultants and crafting timely reports, queries to deliver precise performance insights & maximizing billable hours.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering/IT, or relevant industry experience

8 years of experience in a Software Consulting Implementation

3 years’ experience implementing ERP systems

Extensive client relationship management experience

The ability to lead with high level stakeholder engagement skills

Extensive and Operational understanding of Supply chain

Advanced SQL scripting knowledge
