Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Project Administrator to join the global leading enterprise WMS solutions and supply chain solutions company, with a development plan to transition into a Project Manager position in the future.

This IT Project Administrator role is Johannesburg-based (hybrid) with a CTC of up to R480K per annum.

THE COMPANY
With global presence, this Supply Chain Solutions company implements complex & leading enterprise Warehouse Management Solutions and Omnichannel Commerce software systems into some of the largest supply chain environments across Southern Africa and the Middle East.

THE ROLE
As IT Project Administrator, you will support the project team to ensure smooth business operations. You will prepare presentations, manage correspondence, schedule meetings/workshops, co-ordinate vendors, and monitor & analyse logs & reports.

You will be supporting the Project Managers and overall project & implementation teams while providing and maintaining input to ensure timeous project deliveries. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to develop and enhance your PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

SKILLS
Project administrator experience
Supply chain industry experience
Experience co-ordinating internal and external projects
Project management certifications will be advantageous
An ability to stand in as a Project Manager if needed
