This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Dean/Head of Department/Head of Academia to take ownership of the strategic direction & operational management of South Africa’s leading private education institution.

This Deputy Dean role is Cape Town-based.

THE ROLE

As Deputy Dean of Academics, you will take complete ownership of the strategic direction and operational management of the institution’s teaching & learning programmes. This will include developing/implementing teaching strategies, overseeing academic quality assurance, and leading/managing academic policies for the institution.

REQUIREMENTS

PHD (can be currently enrolled)

5+ years’ experience at management level

10+ years industry experience in higher/private education
