Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Software Sales Executive/Business Development Manager/Account Manager to target and acquire new enterprise clients across South Africa, joining the country’s leading Microsoft solutions and services provider.
Based in Cape Town, this role offers a base salary of up to R1 million per annum, with on-target earnings of R2 million per annum.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a hunter as the compensation structure rewards new business development, particularly from large enterprise clients with 1000+ Microsoft licenses.

THE ROLE
As Software Sales Executive, your primary focus will be securing new enterprise business. You’ll identify and engage C-level decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of IT) across major South African companies, crafting tailored proposals and close complex multi-million-rand deals. Some account management will be involved, but this role is weighted heavily toward new business acquisition.
This is a competitive, highly motivated, and well-established sales team looking for someone with strong product & industry knowledge, and the ability to improvise, adapt, and close multi-million-Rand deals.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years as a Sales Executive/Business Development Manager/Account Manager
Experience selling Microsoft or software licenses
Strong enterprise new business development track record
Experience engaging senior IT decision makers
Account management capability
