12-month contract (renewable) based in Cape Town, offering R400 per hour

A contract opportunity for a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery within a leading South African health insurance provider. You’ll work across teams driving the development of data-led healthcare solutions, helping improve how South Africans access and manage their medical care.

THE ROLE

As the Scrum Master you will drive agile delivery and be responsible for managing agile ceremonies, support the delivery of new features and products, and help remove blockers for your teams. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure delivery stays on track and aligned to business priorities. The teams you’ll support are working on a mix of platform, data, and operational systems, with a strong emphasis on practical impact and delivery cadence.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience

Scrum Certification

2-4 years in a Scrum Master position

Proven experience running agile projects and delivery
