Based in Cape Town, this Internal Account Manager role is paying R480-R540K per annum.

THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll support the sales team by managing key accounts, generating leads, preparing quotes, securing orders, and handling tenders. You’ll gain valuable exposure to enterprise-level clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and ensure smooth order fulfilment. You'll collaborate with suppliers to source products, track deliveries, and manage renewals. Using Acumatica, you’ll handle administrative tasks, follow up on stock and returns, and help achieve sales targets, all while playing a vital role in the company’s growth.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales support or account management within the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Knowledge of OEM programs and tendering processes
Exposure to Microsoft & Adobe licensing rules/models
Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Acumatica)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers and clients
Ability to manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, stock management, and order processing
