Excellent opportunity for a Junior C# Developer with existing integration experience, to join a global WEALTH & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY and fast-track your integration skills and tech stack.

 

This Junior C# Developer role is fully remote, from anywhere within South African and offers between R500K – R525K.

THE ROLE:

 

As a Junior C# Developer you will focus on integration tasks, working with custodian banks, data providers, stockbrokers, and partners. You will handle batch, semi-real-time, and real-time processes, and learn financial service data models to facilitate system integrations.

 

You will be required to collaborate within a geographically dispersed team, with opportunities to expand knowledge in financial services and various technical areas.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline.

At least 1-2 years of integration experience.

Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.

Strong proficiency in C#.

Strong proficiency in SQL (working with complex SQL-based systems).

Familiarity with integration technologies such as ETL, SOAP, HTTP, FIX, and integration/messaging patterns.

Knowledge of data models specific to the financial services domain (or willingness to learn).

Experience with GIT and CI/CD practices.

Experience with integration platforms like Biztalk or SSIS will be advantageous.

Familiarity with queuing systems (RabbitMQ, MQSeries, MSMQ) will also be advantageous.
