This is an amazing opportunity for a Learning & Development/Training Specialist with investment industry & products experience to take ownership of the training function for this leading investment management platform.

This is a Johannesburg-based (hybrid) contract role earning R520 per hour.

THE ROLE

As Learning & Development Specialist, you will take ownership of the training process, designing and delivering learning solutions for this market-leading investment platform as they continue on their evolution as a provider of excellent customer experiences.

You will assess, identify, and analyse the business’s training requirements in order to ensure that all relevant stakeholders perform at the highest standard according to the business’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years’ experience as a learning & development or training specialist

Experience in a LISP environment

Experience working with investment management systems (Sonata, Finswitch, AWD, FNZ, Compass, etc).
