Based in CAPE TOWN (Hybrid), this IT Business Analyst position pays R840K per annum.

THE ROLE:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions by integrating technical analysis with strategic business insights. Your role will involve implementing business process automation, conducting software testing, and analysing software and API documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with the software testing team to define test criteria and plans that meet functional requirements, while also designing and implementing technical solutions that align with business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years’ experience in an IT business analysis role, with a focus on producing technical specifications and automation solutions.
Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Experience with business process management, workflow automation, and software testing.
Experience with SQL query writing and software testing methodologies.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software systems.
Proficiency in data analysis, technical documentation, and automation technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
