This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer to step into a Project Engineer role and take complete ownership of technical implementations for South Africa’s most successful & largest enterprise IT solutions provider.
Based in Cape Town, this role is paying up to R720K per annum.

THE ROLE
As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of senior technical support. From data migrations, version upgrades, virtualization installations, to updating clients, implementing best practices, and assisting with pre-sales activities.
You will diagnose technical issues, assist with IT delivery, resolve complex technical issues, and monitor & update incident management, request management, and change management processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ Years support experience (Level 2) in Windows/Microsoft environments
Extensive technical experience in a Managed Services Provider environment
VMware, networking, and database management experience
MCSA/MCSE qualification
