This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Administrator to manage service delivery operations for South Africa’s Leading IT Enterprise Solutions Company.
This Service Delivery Administrator is based in Cape Town and is offering up to R300K per annum.

THE ROLE
As the Service Delivery Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Help Desk, Service Delivery Managers, and IT Operations Manager. Your tasks will include monthly billing for support provided to internal business units, clients, and vendors as well as assisting the Help Desk with incident and request assignment overflow. You'll collaborate with Service Delivery Managers on contracts, proposals, and quality checks, while also supporting the Billing & Training Coordinator in managing training agreements and bookings for business units. As you grow in the role, you'll take charge of this process entirely after three months. Additionally, you'll aid the Project Coordinator in meeting client billing requirements and maintain updated client information across our ticketing system, document management system, and CRM. Furthermore, you'll assist the IT Operations Manager in documenting business unit policies and procedures.
