This is a brilliant opportunity for an OPERATIONAL RISK SPECIALIST to gain Large Scale Risk Management, Compliance, and Operational Management expertise, while leveraging actionable insight for optimized efficiency & client service for South Africa’s leading asset & wealth management platform.

This opportunity is based in Cape Town OR Johannesburg (Remote) and paying up to R600K Per Annum.

This business is backed by a leading Wealth Manager who has been trusted by clients in South Africa for many years. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly complex, fast-paced environment with a skilled team of Investment Specialists.

THE ROLE

As the OPERATIONAL RISK SPECIALIST, you will manage the Risk & Compliance team, further coordinating the Operational team, to drive the optimization of operations & client services in all Risk and Compliance processes. You will provide actionable insight, and engage senior stakeholders, while enhancing the efficiency of South Africa’s leading asset & wealth management platform.

THE REQUIRED SKILLS

BCom Degree/Diploma in Auditing, or related fields.

Accredited Risk & Compliance Management certification

At least 2 years’ experience in Compliance monitoring in Financial Services.

Strong experience in Audit and Assurance

Strong experience with LISP/ investment platforms
