Based in CAPE TOWN (hybrid), this Business Systems Analyst position is paying R440K–R500K PA

THE ROLE:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be part of the IT delivery team responsible for supporting, configuring, and improving the systems that enable financial operations such as portfolio management, fund accounting, market data, and compliance.
You’ll work with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, produce functional and technical specifications, and deliver system changes that support critical business performance.
The role includes a strong technical component; you’ll define data-level integrations, validate financial data, and assist with system testing and improvements. It’s a hands-on role where accuracy, structure, and problem-solving are key.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
BSc or BCom in relevant field
2+ years’ experience in a business or systems analyst role
Experience working with financial data and business processes
Understanding of functional and technical specification design
SQL and programming skills
Confident working with documentation, data flows, and system testing
Knowledge of market instruments and processes
