This is a fantastic opportunity to operate at the heart of a highly complex, multinational business, supporting a dynamic CEO and coordinating across EXCO and Board levels.

This Executive Assistant role is a 12-month fixed-term contract paying R600K–R800K per year, based in either Johannesburg or Stellenbosch. There is a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent after the initial contract period.

THE COMPANY

This is a complex, multi-division organisation with a strong operational footprint across Southern Africa and international markets. The business plays a vital role in enabling large-scale productivity across essential industries and is led by an experienced executive team driving transformation and growth. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role that blends executive support with operational oversight. You’ll act as a key liaison across the organisation, manage high-stakes meetings and events, coordinate board pack delivery, and ensure all behind-the-scenes operations, from travel to facilities to strategy sessions, run seamlessly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, review, and refine high-level correspondence

Highly organised with a track record of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Comfortable navigating corporate structures and engaging with senior leadership across functions

Experience in listed or multinational environments will be a distinct advantage
