The Role:
As the Head of Human Capital (HC) Technology and Talent Intelligence, you will perform as strategic leader to oversee aspects of the HC technology & digital transformation journey. This pivotal role will drive the HC technology strategy, enhancing SAP implementation to optimize employee experience and streamline HC processes across the group. The role is considered to be a key pillar within the Group’s HC landscape given the need for technology and intelligence to accelerate HC ability and presence in the market.

The Responsibilities:
You will lead and execute HC technology and intelligence transformation, optimizing digital solutions to enhance workforce engagement.
Oversee the selection, maintenance, and utilization of HC technology, ensuring seamless integration with minimal errors and 90% uptime.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging HC technologies, supporting a future-focused, competitive HC function.
Manage HC data and analytics practices, aligning them with metrics for impactful decision-making.
Ensure efficient query resolution and rapid response to minimize downtime and maintain reliable service.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in HC technology and strategy within large organizations.
Strong expertise in SAP and systems frameworks.
Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
