THE ROLE:

 

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for enhancing test efficiency and quality by automating test scripts within a data-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in evolving the automation framework by promoting best practices such as code reviews, reusable test components, and efficient test data management to strengthen the testing processes.

 

In this role, you will work in an environment that utilizes the Robot Framework with Python for web and API test automation. You will also conduct database checks and perform focused manual testing to pinpoint areas that should be prioritized for automation.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • ISTQB or ISEB Certification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in test automation
  • Experience with Robot Framework and Python for automated test script development (Selenium or Playwright is also acceptable)
  • Proficiency in SQL for database validations
  • Knowledge of data-driven automation approaches and best coding practices
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming for easier maintenance
