This is an amazing opportunity for an Operations Manager/Account Manager to take on 2IC responsibilities for a UK-funded-and-based provider of children’s healthcare, housing, and welfare solutions.
This is a 100% remote opportunity, paying R600K-R800K per annum.

THE ROLE
As Operations Manager/2IC, you will drive growth by managing inbound leads, matching prospects with suitable care home vacancies, and overseeing the CRM to ensure seamless operations. You'll also support the Managing Director with key tasks including HR coordination, recruitment, and reporting, acting as the right-hand person (2IC) to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, you'll engage with potential clients and partners through outreach and social media, helping to expand the company’s reach and impact.
REQUIREMENTS
A background in operations management
Degree-educated
Proficiency with CRM systems
Sales/account management experience (beneficial)
Prior experience working with children/social work experience (beneficial)
