Great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join SA’s leading Financial Services organization to maintain and enhance their leads management system, while reducing business risk.

This Business Analyst opportunity is based in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town and offers R900 000 per annum.

The Role:
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for smooth operations? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to ensure our client’s Leads Management system runs like a well-oiled machine. Your mission? Make sure our intermediaries and customers have a seamless experience while reducing business risks and driving system improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Keep Leads Management system in tip-top shape.
- Ensure tools are user-friendly and efficient.
- Tackle system issues head-on and drive enhancements.
- Own and manage exciting projects and resources.

Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF level 7) in IT or related field, 
- 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry,
- A Business Analyst qualification / Certificate
- Bonus points for knowledge in SAFe Agile, project management, and Cloud (AWS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PP) and key financial systems.
- Understanding of financial services and compliance regulations (incl. FAIS, TCF, PPI etc.) 
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation skills.
