This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BACKEND SOFTWARE DEVELOPER with extensive .Net & API development experience to technically LEAD the design, development, and implementation of brand new microservices architecture; leveraging AWS to empower some of the biggest studio names in the international iGaming industry.


This opportunity is based in CAPE TOWN and paying up to R1.5 M per annum.

As the SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER, you will primarily focus on building brand new & existing backend systems & services, as well as designing & developing the company’s custom-designed APIs, ensuring scalability, efficiency & compatibility in their implementation & integration.


You will further play a critical role in implementing a microservice architecture for the company’s AWS environment, driving key solutions within the existing business-critical product.




At least 5 years’ experience as a Software Developer

Expertise in designing & developing versioned public APIs

Extensive .Net Core development experience

Strong AWS/Azure experience

Strong expertise in the following tech stack: .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation), SQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
