This is a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate Cloud Security Analyst to take complete ownership of this iGaming leader’s cloud data platform security.

This Cloud Security Analyst role is based in Cape Town.

This Cloud Security Analyst role is paying up to R880K per annum.

THE ROLE
As Cloud Security Analyst, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end security protection & response capabilities for the company’s cloud data platforms & services. This will monitoring/investigating security events, researching new threat detection methods, performing root cause analysis, and documenting analysis findings & conclusions.

You will update cloud abuse detection rules & indicators, report on threat intelligence activities, and monitor & investigate new & existing cloud security events.

REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ Years experience as a Security Analyst/Engineer
3+ Years cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/Snowflake)
SOC & SIEM experience
Experience with threat detection tools (AWS GuardDuty, Azure Sentinel)
CCSP/CCSK/GCFA/GCTI/OSCP beneficial
