THE ROLE

As the Engineering Platform Manager, you lead the seamless execution of features on the Platform Backlog. Collaborating closely with Platform, Component, System, and Feature Teams, your role extends to refining architectural designs and ensuring their timely publication. You will own the Platform Roadmap creation, maintain Service Level Agreement contracts, and monitor platform health.

Your execution adheres to service management standards, fostering a service-oriented culture. Guiding teams, aligning strategies, and ensuring software engineering standards contribute to top-quality customer services. Your expertise bolsters stability, resilience, and security, maintaining high performance.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 8 years' commercial software engineering industry experience.

Extensive experience in Delivery Management.

Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.

In-depth knowledge of salesforce and cloud platform engineering.

Proficiency in IT Risk & Service Strategy.

Agile Methodologies experience and certification.
