This is a phenomenal opportunity for a PHP WEB DEVELOPER to gain crucial UI/UX and MOBILE expertise working on WordPress websites, further learning COMPLEX INTEGRATIONS across Learning Management Systems and web-based systems, working for an INTERNATIONAL tertiary EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY institution.

This opportunity is based in CAPE TOWN (HYBRID) and offering up to R660K per annum.

THE ROLE

As the PHP WEB DEVELOPER you will develop and maintain WordPress websites while gaining critical UI/UX and MOBILE expertise. Additionally working on COMPLEX INTEGRATIONS and development across the EdTech institution’s Learning Management Systems. You will gain exposure to the entire Web Development Lifecycle, further creating plugins and themes, optimizing website performance for this LEADING EdTech Institution.

Tech Stack: PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

REQUIRED SKILLS

At least 3 years’ Web Development experience
National Diploma in Software Development – or relative Degree/Qualification
Strong knowledge of WordPress
Experience using PHP
Mobile experience and UI/UX experience are advantageous.
