Exciting opportunity for a CONTRACT BUSINESS ANALYST to work on LARGE and COMPLEX transformation programme for SA’s Leading financial services organisation.

• This CONTRACT BUSINESS ANALYST position is offering up to R600ph.
• This CONTRACT BUSINESS ANALYST position is JHB, or CPT based – However, the working environment will be remote, with the need for the occasional meeting in the office.

Working in a truly AGILE environment, you will join a highly skilled team that has recently embarked on a 3-year major transformation programme. Working remotely, the programme kicks off with an initial 2-year build phase concluding with a 1-year product migration phase.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the business stakeholders to identify, understand and translate their needs into comprehensive user stories. You will utilize your strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct workshops and gather requirements.

You will be responsible for documenting and mapping business processes, using Visio, to ensure clarity and consistency. You will work collaboratively with the development team, utilizing Azure Dev Ops and Confluence to compile user stories and ensure their timely delivery. A tremendous opportunity to see this exciting Programme through from initiation, right through to completion, working with some of the brightest minds in the Financial Services space.

THE REQUIREMENTS

At least 6 years commercial industry experience

Employee benefits / insurance industry experience

Strong Agile User Stories experience

Extensive Azure Dev Ops and Confluence experience for User Story compilation

Use of Visio for process mapping
