This is an amazing opportunity for a Software Delivery Manager to take complete ownership of all IT delivery projects within the client solutions team for this international WEALTH-TECH LEADER who provide over 650 Financial Institutions with the most modern INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PaaS.

This Software Delivery Manager role is hybrid and can be based in Cape Town OR Johannesburg. It is paying up to R1,6M per annum.

THE ROLE
The Software Delivery Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of delivery projects within the company’s client solutions team. This includes end-to-end daily management of all development, testing, and analysis processes as well as ensuring that projects at all times are adhering to agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Showing a continuous commitment to operational excellence, the Software Delivery Manager will be critical to the client solutions team. This will be showcased in the form of analysing & owning projects’ forecast and observed delivery, ensuring a continuous level of quality of deliverables, monitoring project deliverables & performance against agreed deliverables, and ensuring that the project delivery teams are adhering to the company’s SDLC. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in a software delivery management role
Software development understanding (expert level)
Investment/Asset management industry experience
Experience consulting with external stakeholders
