This opportunity is Cape Town/Johannesburg based (remote). In order to be successful, you need to be a hunter and the package reflects this. Although there is a generous base of up to R1.4 million per year, emphasis is heavily geared towards earning commission which is why there is On Target Earning (OTE) potential of 100% of your base.

Your focus will be hunting for new business in Southern Africa and selling to well known, sizeable merchants. This is not an Account Manager position – it is a pure business development role where you are required to identify & contact new prospects, prepare proposals and ultimately negotiate & close sales according to realistic targets.
The company are looking to expand their market presence in the Southern Africa region and the successful candidate will be key to this expansion plan.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant degree/diploma, honours beneficial
Experienced Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in winning business at an Enterprise level
The capacity to operate in a fast moving, commercial sales environment
A hunter, not a farmer
