First and foremost, this is a Sales role and remuneration is structured accordingly. You need to be an out and out HUNTER and the package reflects this. Although there is a generous base of up to R1.4 million per year, emphasis is heavily geared towards earning commission which is why there is On Target Earning (OTE) potential of 100% of your base.

THE ROLE:
Your focus will be HUNTING FOR NEW BUSINESS in Southern Africa and selling to well known, sizeable merchants. This is not an Account Manager position – it is a pure business development role where you are required to identify & contact new prospects, prepare proposals and ultimately negotiate & close sales according to realistic targets. Commission is earned from the very first cent of billing with no cap.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Degree/Diploma, Masters Beneficial
Experienced Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in winning business at an Enterprise level
The capacity to operate in a fast moving, commercial sales environment
A hunter, not a farmer – you need to be exceptionally self-motivated and have a desire to win
