This New INVESTMENT PLATFORM/LISP Business has recently launched and aims to bring a fresh approach to the SOUTH AFRICAN INVESTMENT ARENA. This new INVESTMENT PLATFORM business is backed by one of the most successful Investment Management Organizations currently and will be servicing one of the top Asset & Wealth Management Groups Locally & Internationally.
You will be responsible for being the subject matter expert, providing specialist advice to enable continuous improvement to operational processes. You will be working very closely with Program and Business Analysts helping steer the build and delivery of product features impacting the enhancement of operational features, ultimately improving the entire service.
In this position you will be required to have an excellent knowledge of the Investment arena and a deep understanding of investment products.
A tertiary qualification (BCom Investment / Business)
At least 3 years commercial industry experience working in an Investment / Wealth/Asset Management Company as a Customer Service / Service Delivery / Service Improvement Manager.
Excellent Fund Administration knowledge.
Experience working in an environment that is known for providing excellent Client Service.
Experience in solving complex problems for internal and external clients.
Good understanding of Change Management.
Clear understanding of how an Advisers business works.
