Due to substantial uptake, this business is currently looking for an exceptionally experienced individual who will be responsible for driving all Business Strategic Goals hand in hand with the CEO and Programme Director.
The role is currently REMOTE but you should be based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. The salary on offer is R2.5M (incl benefits).

YOU will be working for a company that is set to REDEFINE the FUTURE OF INVESTMENTS
Take the reins as 2IC (Second In Command) to the COO.
As a senior leader, provide support, direction and mentorship as required across the organization and serve as business owner across the group.
Assure accurate, timely and insightful feedback to the COO regarding progress, issues and escalations.
Ensure governance and support the Executive team to identify, assess and prioritize opportunities from concept through to completion.
Assist in directing the entire project team and drive resource assignment as well as supplier capacity to meet the required delivery.
Lead the change management function to ensure that delivery meets the defined criteria within quality, time and cost scopes.
They are cultivating an environment which is Fast-Paced (Lean and Agile of course), Entrepreneurial & Ambitious and the 2IC will need to take a holistic view of the business and its intended deliverables in order to make quick strategic decisions and provide the executive stakeholders with measurable reports regarding the Business Case vs Revenue vs Attrition.
Skills and Experience needed:
A relevant Business Degree, Masters or MBA.
15+ years commercial experience and at least 5 years at a senior/exec level.
Proven strategic change definition and execution in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Excellent and current understanding of delivery models and methods.
Experience & knowledge of motivating and leading people in challenging, fast-paced change environments.
Experience working in fast-paced, delivery focused environments.
Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
Financial Services (notably Investments and Wealth Management) industry experience will be first-prize, but other industry experience will also be considered.
