This is a fabulous opportunity for a Financial Services Professional with Investment Industry/customer support experience to drive the business optimisation and customer support processes for this brand new, leading investment platform. 
This position is remote-based and paying R450K per year.

THE ROLE
As Customer Success Specialist, you will process customer requests, ensuring the resolution of tickets, issues, and tasks in a swift manner to deliver excellent customer experiences. 
You will be a key member of the daily operations team ensuring the long-term growth and success of this brand-new investment platform. 
You will be given then opportunity to take ownership of incident resolution processes, driving first-level resolution to ensure efficient and effective responses to customer/advisers’ queries.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant degree/diploma
3+ Years Investment Industry/Financial Services experience 
Client-facing experience
Investment products understanding
