Night Shift: 3pm - 12am (switches to 4pm - 1am during daylight savings)

THE ROLE

 

As the IT Support Technician, you will be providing excellent 1st and 2nd level desktop support, maintaining the operating system and security software utilised on the network. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills when approaching user problems and be proactively talking end-users through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with great attention to detail and a strong ability to solve problems. Your ability to interact with both end-users as well as staff in resolving hard or software related problems is of high importance in this role.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

 

•    At least 3 years’ experience

•    1st and 2nd line desktop support experience

•    Strong Windows 7 knowledge

•    Qualified A+ and N+ certification or relevant experience

•    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
