Excellent opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to gain Cloud Platform (AWS) and data management experience solving digital communication requirements for some of the largest brands in SA. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and will then need to work with the developers to help integrate new systems, programs and communication platforms.

Knowledge of cloud-based digital communication platforms, data management and CRM systems is a Plus! 

This Technical Business Analyst role is Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) based and paying R600k/annum

THE ROLE:
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with key clients to understand the digital communication needs and will then be responsible for finding solutions using a cloud-based communication platform. You will need to analyse the clients environment and together with the developers will need to integrate the best solution. Once implemented you will be responsible for providing in-depth client reports to show value of the solution and to identify potential ways to improve the solution.

This Digital Communications business delivers data driven customer experiences to some of the largest brands in SA. They specialise in providing digital communication solutions using a cloud-based communication platform which allows their clients to communicate and engage with their customers across multiple platforms.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
•    Relevant Degree - Information Systems/Computer Science
•    3+ years Technical Business Analysis experience 
•    2+ years experience in Digital Communications Project Management
•    Experience creating technical solution process documentation
•    Client Facing experience 
•    Strong understanding of AWS features and capabilities
•    Experience working with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP)
•    Understanding of data management and processing
•    Proficient with process mapping tools, I.e., Lucid Chart
