As a Software Support Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s global client base. This role will require you to have a good grasp of basic accounting knowledge, while providing world class technical support on a cloud based, comprehensive property management platform. To succeed in this position, you will need to have STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and have experience supporting FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE as you will be supporting a platform which manages accounting functions. You will need to respond to user support calls and queries, train clients on the software, prepare training material and document issues to share with the team.
• Accounting Software Support experience
• Strong technical skills
• At least 1 year Accounting Software Support experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working Night Shifts, Public Holidays, Sundays, and Split Shifts (Rotational basis)
