Excellent opportunity for a SOFTWARE SUPPORT CONSULTANT to GAIN GLOBAL EXPOSURE supporting a cloud-based property management platform. You will join a GLOBAL SOFTWARE ORGANIZATION and will support a range of international clients. To succeed in this position, you will need to have STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and have experience supporting FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE as you will be supporting a platform which manages accounting functions.
As this is an international business you will be required to work across multiple time zones – You must be able to work Night Shifts, Sundays, Public Holidays and Split Shifts (On a rotational basis)
This SOFTWARE SUPPORT CONSULTANT position is CAPE TOWN based and is paying R300k/annum + Shift pay (+-R10k/month)

As a Software Support Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s global client base. You will become a systems expert and will gain accounting knowledge, while providing world class technical support on a cloud based, comprehensive property management platform. You will need to respond to user support calls and queries, train clients on the software, prepare training material and document issues to share with the team.
