Excellent opportunity for an Integration Developer (C#) to GAIN AI & CLOUD Technology experience.

 

You will play a major role customizing CLOUD-BASED CONTACT CENTER TECHNOLOGY for a range of well-known clients & you will need to manage the integration of these technologies with customer applications. You will have the opportunity to revolutionise the digital journey within the call center space through AI.

 

This Integration Developer position is paying R50k - R60k/month depending on experience – Cape Town based. This position will be mainly remote work (If this is what you would prefer), with occasional meetings at the office in Salt River.

 

THE ROLE:

Excellent opportunity for an Integration Developer to architect, build, test and deliver computer telephony integrations (CTI) between customer applications and cloud contact center software. You will need to design solutions for customizations, maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects, provide technical support, manage integration builds and investigate new technologies to improve the integrations. This position will also require someone who is comfortable in a customer facing role, as you will need to attend customer meetings in order identify the needs of their clients and map possible solutions.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant Tertiary Education – BSc, BTech, ND
  • Solid C# development experience
  • CTI Integrations
  • 3+ years API development experience – Java, J2EE, OO programming experience
  • SOAP, WSDL, Restful Web Services
  • Experience with C# frameworks & PHP frameworks
  • Development experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM OR Sysaid etc.
  • Ajax, jQuery and Bootstrap experience
  • System integration experience & ability to adapt technology to develop client solutions
  • Client facing experience
