You will need to assist with production support, migration related tasks and strategically improve system stability, availability, and performance to enhance the overall performance of the LISP platform. You will play a vital part in assisting this new business to build an effective, customer driven investment platform.
This Digital Support Analyst role is Cape Town based and is paying R500k/annum CTC.

They are supported by global technology, continuous processing & digital enablement and their Offshore & Onshore Investment Proposition is set to redefine the South African Investment industry.
As a Digital Support Analyst, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables stay on track and provide proactive support to cross functions teams. You will provide production support services in order to enhance the overall performance of the LISP platform and will be responsible for supporting Front, Middle and Back office systems – perform daily health checks to identify application related issues, log and respond to incidents, problems and changes, investigate incidents, protect and ensure the stability of the operational systems, maintain the integrity of the data and strategically find ways to improve system stability, availability, performance and reliability.
• N. Diploma /B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc. qualification
• 5 years’ experience in a digital business, working on front end systems
• ITIL Framework knowledge
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service & solving complex problems, applying system thinking approach
• An understanding of the Investment & Wealth Management industry and HOW a Brokerage / Advisor business works
