Excellent opportunity for a Client Service Team Lead to join a NEW INVESTMENT PLATFORM business. You will develop, coach and lead a small team, assist in the enhancement of client services policies and procedures, while instilling a customer centric, forward thinking culture within the department. 

Based in Cape Town, this Client Service Team Lead role is paying R500k/annum.

As the Client Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the workflow across the Service Support team, to ensure client queries are resolved and transactions are processed within agreed SLA’s. Using a customer centric approach, you will be responsible for driving consistencies within the team, identifying and tracking progress of complex cases while ensuring improvements of business processes. 
You will need to have complete mastery of the system and exceptional product knowledge of fund administration to train and coach team members.
You will play a major role in this new business, motivating and inspiring team members to continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences along with providing solutions which will delight financial advisors.

• Relevant Degree – Commerce, Investment Management, Financial Planning,  Business Management
• Investment and Life Product knowledge 
• Experience leading a team within a customer centric environment 
• 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Advisor Firm/Investment Platform business
• Experience delivering exceptional customer services & solving high-level customer queries
• Relationship building skills
