To qualify for this role, you must have at least 5 years HR ADVISORY experience, both OPERATIONAL and STRATEGIC.

 

Based in CAPE TOWN this HR BUSINESS PARTNER role offers a salary in the region of R550K/annum.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources - your responsibilities will include:

Manage the implement HR policies and procedures.

Advise, coach and support line managers and staff on the full range of HR functions and services, including: Employee relations, Performance management, Recruitment and selection, Job evaluation, On-boarding, Remuneration and benefits, Learning and development, Employee wellness, Organisational design.

Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation.

Providing relevant HR MI.

Promote employee engagement.

Play instrumental role to support all Learning & Development initiatives.

Delivery of Strategic Projects.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience in delivery in an HR advisory capacity - preferably within the Retail, Tech or Supply Chain environments.

Good working and theoretical knowledge of current legislation and HR policies.

At least five years HR experience with a minimum of two years solid experience in a generalist capacity.

Minimum 2 years working experience in a retail, e-tail /ecommerce/Internet/ Information

Technology environment/Supply Chain and/or Distribution Centre environment.

A degree in HR or related field. A minimum of a Bachelor of Technology Degree: HR Management or BCom HR Management or BCom Industrial Psychology or related field.

Sound knowledge of labour laws and policies.

Proven experience in Industrial Relations including the CCMA.
