An exciting opportunity for a TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER with IT infrastructure knowledge and experience to grow customer revenue and internally expand the sales of an AI Chat Bot for an IT Solutions business who are expanding into the International Market
Based in SOMERSET WEST this TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER role offers a salary up to R360k per Annum
An Established IT solutions Company that is focused on providing I.T Business Platform Management to corporate organisations in the SME Sector, looking to expand into the African market with its AI product.
As the TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be working with current customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into solutions that provide an end to end service. You will be required to cross-sell and up-sell services and solutions to existing accounts and meet clients on a quarterly rotation.
- Well versed in IT for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Sound knowledge of IT products and infrastructure
- Outbound sales experience with selling relevant services and products
- Proven track record of managing customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process
- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
- Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
