This business employs over 80,000 people across 62 countries, and your task will be to work with all of the company’s HR Data, run advanced data models, apply Predictive Analytical and Forecasting techniques, in order to deliver People Insights back to Senior stakeholders and Execs.

Based in JOHANNESBURG this SENIOR DATA ANALYST / DATA INSIGHT SPECIALIST role offers a salary of R900K – R1.1 Million.

As this Data Analyst role focuses on providing Insight into the Company’s Global HR Data, experience in HR Data Analysis, or a keen interest in Human Behaviour is required.

THE ROLE:
As SENIOR DATA ANALYTICS / INSIGHT SPECIALIST you will focus on the management, analysis and interpretation of the Company’s overall HR Data, to build a differentiated data and insights capability to identify opportunities to drive improved value and efficiency for Global HR.

This involves analytics of People Data, Integrating and analysing Data from 80,000 employees, driving Global Projects and informing Company Strategy in regard to employee recruitment, retention, performance, staff attrition, and efficiency. Therefore, a background in Advanced Analytics together with Human Behaviour Analysis would be ideal.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Extensive experience in DATA ANALYSIS and DATA MANAGEMENT.
Advanced DATA MINING skills.
PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS experience.
Senior Stakeholder Management experience with strong business- and strategy-influencing skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to tell a story from data and communicate this to a non-analytical business audience.
Ability to manage and drive Global Data Analysis Projects.
A background in Human Behaviour Analysis will be ideal.
