Exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to become an Investment Platform Specialist and join SA’s FIRST TRULY DIGITAL WEALTH MANAGEMENT PLATFORM business. You will work directly with Financial Advisors, providing them with market insights and helping them with all platform related queries. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role marketing a superior value proposition by ensuring the smooth running of processes and providing market awareness to BDMs.

This Key Account Manager position is Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) based and is paying R410k/annum

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional services to Wealth Managers and develop strong relationships with IFA back office staff to ensure the smooth running of day to day processes. You will market this superior value proposition, update and answer questions on services and products, build strong relationships with BDM’s and provide support and market insights to help them provide the best service to key advisors.

EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant Degree – Finance, Investments
• Experience working within an Investment, Wealth Management or LISP platform business
• Experience supporting BDM’s and Financial Advisors
• Strong knowledge of the investment landscape
• Exceptional relationships building skills
• Experience solving complex problems for customers
