Working in a very skilled ANALYTICS team that is actively exploring DATA SCIENCE initiatives, giving you the chance to GAIN MACHINE LEARNING SKILLS, YOU will be actively involved in producing key insights into multiple CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGNS, including Customer Loyalty, Campaign Traction, Sales data and more.
Based in Cape Town, this CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST role is paying a negotiable salary (with fantastic benefits and short-term incentives)

Working in a very skilled Analytics team, you will be responsible for the development, execution and analysis of all Customer Engagement Campaigns and Strategies across the entire customer Lifecyle.
Collaborating with both the Marketing and Analytics’ team, YOU will be required to provide key insights on the executions and success of the campaigns, identity trends and provide KEY INSIGHTS into their customer’s behavior.
Skills & Experience needed:
- Degree educated, majoring in Statistics, Economics, Investments etc
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role ideally within Retail, Telecommunications or Financial Services
- SAS BASE programming skills.
- Experience using a Campaign Management software such as UNICA or IBM Campaign would be an advantage
- Experience using PYTHON or HADOOP will also be advantageous.
