Contract Change Manager - Design NEW Change Strategies & Manage Integration of New Investment business – R600/hour, Johannesburg Central
Exciting opportunity for a Contract Change Manager to gain investment experience and take ownership of developing change strategies and frameworks for this newly established LISP business. You will be responsible for integrating the current team into this new retail investment division and will assist with a major data migration project. Provide strategic direction on change activities in order to achieve maximum employee adoption.
This 12 Month Contract position is Johannesburg (Central) based and paying R600/hour
Newly established Investment platform business which aims to deliver customer centric products based on international investment trends. This business is backed by a leading Wealth Manager who has been trusted by clients in South Africa for many years. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly complex, fast paced environment with a skilled team of Investment Specialists.
As Change Manager, you will be responsible for executing internal change management strategies to manage the integration of the current team into the new investment business. You will be responsible for developing, implementing & driving change strategies for the people side of change, including change to business processes, systems and technology. The role will be focused on providing strategic direction & operational implementations on change management activities in order to achieve a seamless transition.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years Change Management Experience
• Investment Experience will be ideal – Financial Services experience is NB!
• Understanding of People Change Management methodologies and tools.
• PROSCI Certified – Highly Advantageous
